Bathroom Remodeling…

Good Evening!

Welcome back to my new blog.

This week, we are remodeling our master bathroom. We have ripped out cabinets, the vanity, the bathtub…….and much more to get ready for this. So today, we began tiling the walls.
Here is the picture so far:

We are going to start laying down the cement board and tiling the floor tonight, So far, we have been making good progress! Please pray that we can continue with the progress! 🙂

Lately, we have been getting excited about The Jamestown 400 Treasure Hunt, hosted by Vision Forum.com. If you are looking for a exciting way to learn more about history, this is the way to do it! It’s not too late to get started, but it will be soon!

I am off to pick up the house, and to finish Peanut Butter Balls. I will share the recipe for that tomorrow!

Until Tomorrow,
Courtney

Saturday….

Today has been a really busy day! We are planning on remodeling our bathroom over the next several weeks. Today, we bought the supplies and tomorrow, we are hopping to it! We will be tiling the floor, installing a new vanity, installing new cabinets, putting in a new bathtub, painting and tiling the walls, tiling the tub surround, and too many other things to count! Yikes!

Meanwhile……Lately, I have been studying in 1 Timothy. That is one power-packed book of wisdom right there! It seems that every verse has something to be gleaned from it! My favorite one so far is: 1st Timothy 4:12: “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.”

Young people nowadays should take to heart these verses! If they did, this world would be so much better!

I will post more later!

Welcome!

Welcome to my blog. I am 19 and the oldest of eleven children. I am learning how to run and care for a home, learning to be more like Jesus, and how to be a godly wife and mother. We love each other, and each day is a new adventure as we seek to glorify the Lord through all we do.
