To Replace Kitchen Linoleum…

First, you have to cut away all the linoleum.

Next, you have to scrape up any existing glue.

Then, you have to scrape up more glue.

Then, you have to scrape up more glue.

Then, you have to scrape up more glue.

Then, you have to scrape up more glue.

Now, you roll up the linoleum and dispose of it.

Then, you realize there is more glue. So, of course you have

to scrape it up.

Now, you prime the floor, and realize that you have left no way out of the floor without stepping on the primer.

Now, you take a giant leap into the next room, trying to avoid the paint, when you notice that you tracked primer into the carpet. So, you run and scrub the primer out of the carpet.

Here is the fun part- keeping all the children under the age of 11 from walking into the kitchen.

Finally! The primer has dried and you lay down the new linoleum and it is finished! Or so you thought……. but you realize that you only did half the floor.

Thus was the story of our day.

Many blessings!
